US GTFO OF THE PHILIPPINES! EDUCATION, NOT MILITARIZATION!

“Last year, the education sector received 3% ($140B) of the total government budget, as compared to the 24% ($929B) received by the military. This resulted in the elimination of pre-K programs, closures and privatization of high schools, and increases in college tuition in the US. At the same time, the US-Philippines “Balikatan” military training exercises can be linked to human rights violations, injuries, and deaths among Filipino civilians.
